Took my puppy there today. Dr. Stein and the entire staff were amazing. Spent so much time with him and had such patience. Very affordable and did not try to do anything unnecessary. Highly recommend this place. Well worth the trip over the bridge and they have great hours. Can not say enough about this wonderful place.

We have been coming here for many years and have always had a wonderful experience. This past time, we had Dr. Metheny and she could not have been any more wonderful! She was patient, explained everything, did not try to "sell" us on procedures, etc. She was compassionate, which was very much appreciated as our older dogs are starting to decline. She called our house the next day with blood results and took her time explaining the results and answering my questions. Everything was well handled from start to finish.

UPDATE - 5/17/22 - Unfortunately, we had to euthanize our 13 year old dog. Everyone at Quality was so compassionate during an extremely upsetting time in our lives. Dr. Metheny explained the process, gave us time with Madison before and after and the desk staff made sure we were alone when leaving (no customers standing by desk). We can't say enough good things about Quality and their staff.

I brought my dog in because I wanted him checked. He had a FHO 2 years ago and I was concerned his gait had changed. Dr Melrose examined him and said he felt an asymmetry and wanted an X-ray. It showed bone was growing back in the hip joint which is uncommon. He explained it so well and referred me to his original surgeon. By the way he interacts with pets you know he truly likes what he does and cares for the animals I am sorry my dog needs surgery but am thankful that a correct diagnosis was made so quickly. The entire office staff is so pleasant and helpful. I give them 10 stars

Dr Stein is warm and patient. I have a stranger fearful dog and she is so kind and patient with him. The vet tech assistants are just as kind and gentle. Office staff is very accommodating and helpful.

Was looking for a vet as we just got our new 3 month old Shih Poo. Found Quality Veterinary Care via Google search. Based on the reviews I decided try it out. Best decision I have made. Personable staff , willing to listen to your concerns and we can always get an appointment at ours and their earliest convenience. Prices are decent and I would definitely recommend this practice.
